All New mattresses include a one time, 60 day "Comfort Exchange". Should for any reason in your first 60 days of ownership you desire a different model mattress that we offer you may exchange your mattress for 100% credit of the original purchase price (not including delivery or taxes) towards your new selection. Original mattress must be in "As New" condition to be eligible for Comfort Exchange. ......We "strongly" suggest the purchase of our 'Protect-a-Bed' protective covers.
Should the new selection be of a lower price than the original purchase a store credit will be issued for the difference.
All sales are final and mattresses are not eligible for refund.
At the time of the exchange the ORIGINAL RECEIPT must be produced.
Customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges associated with the Comfort Exchange. At our sole discretion this charge may be waived. Any floor samples or distressed mattress sales are not eligible for Comfort Exchange and this will be noted on customer receipt. Pillows, Mattress Pads and Toppers are personal items and must be unopened in order to be returned.
If sealed the item may be returned for a refund of original sale price and tax (not shipping or delivery) within 60 days of purchase.
Opened Pillows, Pads or Toppers are not eligible for return or store credit at any time.
